Betty’s Dental Technology Story

Betty presented to our office several years ago with only a few teeth remaining in her upper jaw. She was quite displeased with her smile and could not enjoy her favorite foods. Due to Betty having multiple missing teeth and questionable available bone for dental implants, a CT scan with virtual imaging was recommended to assist in an overall implant treatment plan. The scan image showed Betty had adequate bone, and implants were placed virtually to give Betty confidence that dental implants could help her achieve her goals.

Betty returned to our office, and after reviewing the image and plan, she accepted treatment to replace the teeth in her upper jaw with implant supported restorations. She was extremely pleased with the outcome, including both her new appearance and the ability to enjoy eating the foods she loves.
